Before public release
Umbre Trading's complete, legally reviewed privacy information has not yet been approved for publication. This page therefore does not claim to be the final privacy policy.
The support chat is disabled by default. A deployment can only display it after an operator has explicitly configured its API endpoint; the chat then asks for a name, email address and message and links back to this page before submission.
Do not operate the service publicly or enter personal or production data until the final privacy information has been reviewed and published. For privacy questions or data-subject requests, contact info@umbre.trading.
Optional dataset-page analytics
Only after opting in on the dataset page, we record a random visit identifier, fixed section/click events, the selected package identifier and timestamps. If that visit starts a checkout, its order identifier links these events to payment and download-access records. Analytics events contain no email, form contents or stored IP address; the order itself retains the information needed to process the purchase. Events are removed by the hourly retention job after 90 days. A preference cookie remembers acceptance or refusal for 180 days. The visit identifier stays in page memory. Declining or withdrawing on the dataset page stops future analytics and does not prevent purchasing. Download access is not proof of a completed file transfer. This technical description does not replace the pending full privacy review described above.
Free weekly BTC dataset
If you request the free BTC dataset, we store your email address, the claimed package version and the request time to provide the download and handle duplicate requests. No user account is created and this request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or trigger an email. The download link is shown in the browser and expires after five minutes. Request records are deleted by the hourly retention job after 90 days. The download file contains one historical BTC hour and is replaced weekly after archive verification; previous free packages have no public download endpoint.
